It was a very good experience for me to buy my car at Berlin City. I will attribute that mostly to my sales representative, Colin Kimball. The atmosphere felt very comfortable with everyone there but Colin was “above and beyond”. My first day looking for cars, I didn’t know what make/ model of car I wanted. Colin showed me a RAV4 and talked with me about different options. Of all the dealerships I went to, Colin stood out in my mind as the favorite salesperson that I met. He is just so easy to talk with. I never felt any pressure from him. He was knowledgeable, personable, efficient, and patient as I kept changing my mind. He is about the age of my sons and met both of them, he actually felt like a trusted friend throughout the decision process, Colin even delivered the car to my house once it was ready. Went in to Berlin City to test drive a Tacoma and Tundra. First, I was hooked up with salesman Michael Profenno. Mike could not have been any more patient, understanding and helpful if he tried. I did not intend on purchasing a vehicle that day, but that is exactly what I did. It took about 6 weeks for my Tacoma to be delivered, and between Mike and Peter Thibault helping get me get up to speed on the technology of getting everything hooked up, I am up and running.
